Description
This barbecue smoker combines traditional grilling with smoking capabilities allowing you to grill smoke roast and keep your food warm. The fire compartment uses smoldering wood to generate heat and smoke which is evenly distributed throughout the smoker. The separate fire box can also be utilized to maintain the heat of already cooked food. It features one fire compartment and two smoking chambers making it versatile for preparing meat fish vegetables pizza and even bread. The flavor of your dishes can be enhanced by the type of wood used. Cooking at low temperatures helps retain the juiciness and flavor of your food. The smoker includes two spacious grill compartments and a temperature gauge for monitoring the internal temperature. Additionally there is a rack shelf at the bottom for storing extra wood.
