All active ingredients in Monthly Comfort have many properties including: anti-pyretic antispasmodic sedative and relaxing to help during menstrual cycles eliminating pain cramps migraine and menstrual difficulties.
To use: 3-6 drops of this therapeutic blend are to be applied and massaged on the lower abdomen feet and around the ankles 1-3 days before the menstrual cycle begins. Ensure the oil is absorbed by massaging it well into the skin.
