Sinbad and his crew intercept a miniaturized person carrying a golden tablet. Koura the evil wizard who shrunk the man wants the tablet back and so pursues Sinbad. At port Sinbad meets a Vizier who owns another part of the interlocking golden map and they mount an adventure across the seas to solve the mystery of the map accompanied by a slave girl with a mysterious tattoo of an eye on her palm. They encounter mythical beasts storms and the evil hinderances of Koura along the way.
