Safe to use on dogs and horses with essential oil content at <1%.

Dermal Scratch Spray Contains: Distilled water, certified organic calendula extract, vitamin e natural, certified organic aloe vera leaf juice powder, 100% pure and unadulterated essential oils of lavender and tea tree (<0.05%)
