Our 14-day returns policy

If you decide to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

This returns policy complements your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). All our products are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded according to the ACL. You have the right to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have goods repaired or replaced if they do not meet acceptable quality standards, provided the issue does not constitute a major failure. Returns due to change of mind are additional to these rights.

How to return an item

1. Please email cs@homediscount.com.au within 14 days following delivery, including your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. We will respond within one business day with instructions on how to return the item and the return address.
3. Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging and return it via a tracked shipping service.
4. Once we receive and examine the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and relevant photographs. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or a full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Return shipping costs

For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. For items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds.
